How I decided to be a therapist

I decided to become a counselor after discovering that it was my calling and joy to help people understand and love life’s journey with the strengths of my sensitivity, empathy, insight, and spirituality.

How I would like to help clients as a therapist

Psychotherapy provides an opportunity for clients to explore their inner world in a therapeutic relationship. The feeling of being cared for and valued is essential for every human being and I aim to provide this support for my clients. By accompanying them on their journey of self-discovery in an safe and non-judgmental space, I strive to help them better understand themselves and their interaction with others. Even if the circumstances remain the same, counseling can help them change their worldview and move their life in a positive direction.

What my theoretical orientation is as a therapist

I utilize an integrative approach with clients, drawing from various theories and interventions, such as psychodynamic therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, humanistic therapy, existential therapy, and solution-focused therapy. This approach enables me to creates a personalized and effective treatment plan for each individual. Additionally, I address spirituality based on the client’s needs and beliefs, recognizing that it can provide a sense of meaning, purpose, and connection to something greater than oneself.
