Group Therapy
Group therapy is typically held weekly, and sessions are usually 1 to 2 hours in length.
A client might attend group therapy only, or attend group in addition to individual therapy sessions.

Social Skill LearningGroup
The Social Skill Groups are designed for clients facing similar social challenges to learn and practice social skills in an inclusive and supportive environment.

Identity Crisis & Adjustment Group for Teens
The Identity Crisis & Adjustment Group for Teens is a support group designed to help teenagers navigate the challenges and complexities of identity development and helping teenagers cope with significant life changes and transitions.

Exploring and understanding personal identity and self-concept.
Developing effective coping strategies for managing identity and adjustment challenges.
Enhancing self-esteem and self-confidence.
Building healthy relationships and improving social skills.
Addressing emotional and psychological issues related to identity and adjustment.

ADHD Group
ADHD group therapy provides support, education, and validation for individuals with ADHD through skill-building in a group dynamic, which allows participants to feel less alone in their struggles and to receive encouragement from others facing similar challenges.

Psychoeducation: Providing information about ADHD, its symptoms, and management strategies.
Skill building: Teaching practical skills such as organization, time management, and problem-solving.

Korea Adjustment Support Group
Korea adjustment group therapy is likely a form of therapy tailored to individuals who have recently moved to Korea. It provides a supportive group setting where individuals can share their experiences, receive guidance, and learn coping strategies from both the therapist and fellow participants who may be going through similar adjustments.

Single Parent Support Group
A single parent support group is a structured program to provide a supportive community for individuals raising children alone. These groups offer a safe and empathetic space where single parents can share their experiences, concerns, and triumphs.

Coping skills: Teaching effective coping strategies to manage stress, overwhelm, and emotional challenges associated with single parenting.
